3 of London's Best Photoshoot Locations | Family Photography

Where is the best place for your outdoor family photoshoot in London? We are certainly spoiled with many wonderful locations dotted around London - many of which look like they're actually far away in the countryside.

You might already have your favourite London park in mind, or if you're still looking for some family photography inspiration, look no further than my top 3 West London photoshoot locations below!

Chiswick House & Gardens

Chiswick House provides such a beautiful and elegant backdrop to any West London family photo session. The villa itself is a beautiful example of 18th-century British architecture and it's easy to spend hours wandering around the stunning grounds and landscaped gardens. It makes for a wonderful London family day out and there are plenty photo opportunities everywhere here.

Fulham Palace & Bishops Park

Another grand location for both indoor and outdoor photography is this beautiful Grade I listed building with medieval origins. The Walled Garden has some stunning cherry blossoms around April time, wisteria in late April to early May and other romantic corners to enjoy year round. It's also a brilliant location if the British weather doesn't quite play ball - we took some beautifully moody and ethereal photos on a recent shoot indoors!

Italian Gardens, Hyde Park

Hyde Park offers countless spots for a family photoshoot in London. I met up with a lovely mum of two earlier this spring to capture some London motherhood portraits together. As the family live by close by and spend a lot of time around the gardens and the park itself, it was not only a stunning backdrop but also a place that's particularly meaningful to her and her children.
